Planner/Works Programmer

Eastbourne

£26,250 Per Annum. 42.5 Hours Per Week. Fixed term contract

About the Role:

We are now seeking a Planner to join our team; delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

As a Planner you will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Responsive Repairs team. You will work with all trades; Plumbers, Multi Trade, Roofers, Plasters, Electricians & Ground Works; scheduling works orders through our in-house appointments system, allocating repairs works to trade operatives whilst ensuring a safe & high performing customer focused service is maintained. Are sub office is based in Lewes/Eastbourne and you'll be expected to cover the Eastbourne and Lewes area

Role Criteria:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or Planning
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT Literate
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ideally social housing experience
