Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

English Version: Software Engineer (Location: Hefei)

Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions using C++ in a Linux environment, including design, implementation, and debugging;
• Perform big data analysis, design and optimize scalable data platform architecture, and conduct high-performance data mining;
• Collaborate with global teams to identify and analyze problems, research and prototype solutions, and evaluate feasibility and performance;
• Design, develop, and maintain algorithms for defect inspection and critical dimension metrology, involving advanced image processing, geometric analysis, high-performance computing, and machine learning;
• Follow the company’s software development process and produce technical design and development documentation in English;
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (e.g., US, Korea, Taiwan) for training and customer support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical fields;
• Proficient in C/C++ programming; familiarity with Python and Shell scripting is a plus;
• Strong skills in algorithm design, software development, and debugging;
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a strong sense of curiosity;
• Passion for algorithms, eagerness to learn new technologies, and solid mathematical and logical foundation preferred;
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Able to travel internationally for training and technical support.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
