We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Coordinator to join Snap Inc! You’ll work directly with the Sales Ops Enablement team to help coordinate, manage and maintain all administrative aspects of the programs which enable our sales teams to unlock their true potential and drive revenue.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and organize logistics and support for Sales training; including pre-work and communication administration, booking presenters, event production, attendee rosters, all invites post-session feedback collection and post-event reporting.

  • Support the maintenance of internal sales-facing communication and training materials

  • Answer new hire manager questions, connect managers to resources or other teams 

  • Answer new hire questions

  • Host monthly onboarding based on existing script in two time zones (ET and PT) 

  • Administrative support of our internal Sales Enablement platform and Content Management system

  • Logistics support of Monthly All Hands

  • Support the maintenance of external customer-facing education materials

  • Tooling permissions for sales 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills, and comfortable working through last-minute changes

  • Expertise with Google enterprise products (gmail, calendar, docs) and a passion for implementing technology and automation to increase efficiency

  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and applications

  • Proven ability to communicate project status clearly and effectively

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing startup environment

  • Ability to facilitate and present content in a live, small-group setting

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1 year minimum experience providing administrative/coordination support

  • Experience hosting meetings or presenting 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales environment

  • 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced start-up or tech environment 

  • 1+ years of experience working with a learning or communication team

  • 1+ years of experience facilitating 

  • 1+ years in a customer facing role

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $86,000-$129,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $82,000-$122,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $73,000-$110,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
