Job Description:
Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
- 7 - 10 years of relevant FP&A experience.
- Experience within the Asset Management industry preferred.
- Excellent MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint must) skills.
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau or other data visualization tools a must.
- Experience with Longview, and Hyperion skills preferred
- A demonstrated ability to follow controls procedures to ensure data accuracy.
- Very strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise.
- Possesses a growth mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo and try new approaches.
- Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity within a complex organization across a variety of functions and across various level of management.

Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly reporting for SLC to inform management on the progression of profit and loss, flows and fundraising. Generate visuals using Tableau, Hyperion, crafting analysis and questions based on the data.
- Assist in developing Strategic and Business Plans, Financial Forecasting, and Modeling.
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies, document processes and manage Fixed Income FP&A calendar of key monthly/quarterly activities.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. Liaise and build relationships with other departments to provide better analysis, forecasts, and insights.
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
- Prepare Financial Risk Management (FRM) model to evaluate the impact to earnings on market movements quarterly.
- Additional accountabilities as assigned by the Senior Director/Senior Associate including ad-hoc project support.
