The Product Director will lead U.S. HCP professional promotion strategy and execution for the launch of RYBREVANT FASPRO™ in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). This role is accountable for shaping launch strategy, developing differentiated promotional approaches, and delivering high-impact marketing tactics that support HCP adoption and appropriate use.           

This role will also help shape the market by generating insights, implementing market development initiatives, and identifying opportunities to evolve standards of care. This Product Director will work across multiple functions and teams, including Sales, Sales Training, Lung Marketing Team, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Medical Affairs, Field Medical, Global Commercial Strategy, R&D, New Business Development, Corporate Communications, and outside agencies and vendors in order to effectively execute key commercial activities. 

 

Responsibilities / Areas of Focus may include but not limited to the following:

  • Lead development of comprehensive marketing plans for launch, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals 

  • Ensure integrated tactical execution in close partnership with Lung marketing team, Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Sales, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners 

  • Lead and manage the agency of record as well as other agencies to deliver high-quality promotional tactic

  • Collaborate with sales training and other learning teams to implement sales meetings and ongoing field development

  • Develop KOL engagement strategy, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer educational initiatives to drive insight generation and clinical dialogue

  • Partner with Insights & Analytics to translate insights into actionable strategies and performance measurement          

  • Apply innovative thinking, grounded in data and customer insights, to address complex business and market challenges.

 

Qualifications:  

Requirements: 

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful. 

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge  

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program

  • Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication. 

  • Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.  

Preferred: 

  • Experience in oncology 

  • Experience with product launch
