About the Role

As a Credit Collector, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and minimizing credit risk for the Nordic market. You will act as a key point of contact for customers regarding outstanding invoices while collaborating internally with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams.

This role is well suited for someone with experience in collections or accounts receivable who is comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and follow up on outstanding receivables for assigned customer accounts

• Contact customers via phone and email to resolve overdue payments

• Investigate payment delays and disputes, coordinating with internal teams when needed

• Monitor credit limits and payment behavior, escalating risks when appropriate

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems

• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable

• Good understanding of invoicing, payments, and basic accounting principles

• Comfortable communicating with customers regarding payment matters

• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize workload

• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken) - other Nordics language is a plus

• Experience working in an international or shared service environment is a plus
