Department Overview

The Supply Chain organization is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering best-in-class communications equipment and solutions for customers around the world. Our purpose is to deliver exceptional value and customer experience through agility, speed, and collaboration. We plan what products and services are needed, and source efficiently and ethically from a diverse supply base.

The Supply Chain Business Operations Team supports Motorola’s Video Security and Access Control and Mobile Video Sales organizations. We drive end-to-end supply chain operations by partnering across organizations to delight our customers and meet our business objectives.

Job Description

• Providing information about order status
• Analyzing material status and promise dates
• Coordination of orders with other Supply Chain departments
• Adapting to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests
• Handling customer complaints as required
• Communicate supply chain risks
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements

• Ability to work min. 35 hours per week
• Student status is a must
• Excellent Business English and communication skills
• Self-motivated, with an attitude toward customer satisfaction
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong multi-tasker
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Collaborative, likes to work in teams
• Proactive
• Knowledge of google sheets is an asset
