Project Title:

Process time study for entire for MMP manufacturing operations.

Description:

Complete the time study for Comp Assy, Test, SSD, Module manufacturing operations.

Scope:

• Engage with manufacturing/ process engineering team to understand and perform time study.
• Data collection and identification of missing process steps for FIX/LMR/LVR operations.
• Analysis of time study and revision of FIX, LMR, LVR.

Supporting Team:

• Mfg
• Process Engineering
• Equipment Engineering
• IE

Deliverables:

• Able to redefine the existing FIX, LMR, LVR Headcount data measurement
• Resulting in improvement of Headcount model.
• Able to improve the Labor Productivity Index.

Stretch Goal:

• Involve in providing inputs for improving the headcount analysis
• Able to identify Non-value activities in the process
