Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring prepared food is delivered to Customers in an efficient and prompt manner displaying the highest of Customer standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Interacts effectively with the public and people. Perform excellent customer service at all times.

• Responsible for delivery of food from kitchen to proper tables.

• Assist Food Servers and Bus persons by clearing used dishes and refilling beverages.

• Responsible for communicating any additional requests from Customers to the Sales Consultants.

• Participates as a team member with Food Servers, Utility, Cooks, Supervisors Bus persons and any pertinent Company Team Members in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of Customer Services.

• Maintains compliance with all regulations of health and sanitation standards as well as all applicable federal, state, local laws/ordinances; to include maintaining applicable food safety certification.

• Promotes positive Customer Relations by interacting with Customers in an efficient and courteous manner.

• Assists if needed with Dishwashers and Bus Persons.

• Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.

• Any reasonable request made by management.

Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Previous experience preferred.
