Support Center - Irving
The Program Analyst, Operations works across the entire Operations organization, partnering closely with the Director - Operations Strategy to deliver and ensure projects are clearly defined, deadlines set, stakeholders are held accountable, and projects are executed within the defined timeframe. This role ensures the ‘follow through’ and completion of all projects, in a rapidly evolving retail and omni-channel environment, aligning each back to the overall Operations strategy to further drive enterprise growth.
Major Activities
- Design, map, and develop internal projects across the entire Operations organization including:
- Defining objectives, scope, and stakeholders
- Overseeing project tasks with cross-functional subject matter experts.
- Setting challenging yet realistic deadlines, goals, and actionable tasks
- Providing, where appropriate, a governance structure to ensure maximum oversight.
- Evaluating project performance and providing weekly updates to leadership
- Escalating ‘at-risk’ projects, objectives, and/or tasks to leadership.
- Ensuring regular, transparent internal stakeholder communication.
- Delegating responsibilities to given internal stakeholders.
- Translate complex information into executive-ready visualizations, presentations, and dashboards/charts to develop narratives and inform decision-making at the highest levels.
- Advise senior leadership on recommended project goals and actions
- Conduct post-project reviews to recommend and implement process improvements
- Work directly with Reporting Analyst on all reporting and/or data-related asks.
- Support Operations adoption of strategic initiatives through change management practices.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives to Operations priorities, KPIs, and financial targets.
- Translate Operations strategy into structured roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.

Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum Type of Experience Required
- 3–5+ years of experience in project/program management preferably in retail or omni-channel operations.
- Expert proficiency in tracking mechanisms and tools.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with large, complex organizations across a variety of functions.
- Experience distilling data into executive-level strategic storytelling.

- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously with the ability to pivot quickly depending on the needs/priorities of the business.
- Intellectual curiosity; willing and able to learn unfamiliar areas of the business quickly and drive change through project management capabilities and ability to ask thought-provoking questions.
- Confident engaging with senior (executive) leadership and clearly communicate concerns on achieving project deliverables.
- Thinks big; manages the end-to-end project whilst questioning overarching strategy, goals, and initiatives; offers valuable insights when and where appropriate.
- Anticipates data and reporting needs/opportunities for entire Store Development & Operations Leadership Team. Able to quickly and effectively pull data and translate for executive leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business performance narratives.
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
- Hyper-organized; high attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
