Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will support customers across Latin America as a Quotation Specialist, providing expertise in NEMA (U.S., Mexico, and Canada) and IEC motor products. You will support OEM accounts for NEMA and IEC motor applications while providing local technical support to customers and the sales organization. You will serve as a key technical resource by preparing technical product and technology descriptions, estimating costs, and developing final customer documentation.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role contributes to the Motion NEMA and IEC Low Voltage Motors business in Mexico, supporting customers across the LATAM region.

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical guidance and solutions to customers, channel partners, and Sales Specialists regarding ABB products, systems, and applications.
• Perform technical and commercial analyses to identify the most suitable solutions and resolve complex customer inquiries.
• Identify and support the development of new business opportunities, address customer-specific needs, and contribute to achieving targets related to orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Support the achievement of budget objectives, including sales volume, profitability, and growth targets across the assigned product portfolio and territories.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with electric motors and/or drives.
• Knowledge of IEC and NEMA standards.
• Experience using SAP and Salesforce.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing OEM accounts is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience working with a leading competitor in the industry is a plus.
• Valid passport and U.S. visa are desirable.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
