Job Summary

Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of highly complex projects, including approval, planning, execution and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time. Develops budgets, timelines and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracking critical project achievements. Works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals. Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team including exempt and non-exempt employees. • You will be passionate about delivering a great seamless customer experience, driving innovation, and delivering successful projects (systems integration, upgrades, expansions, migrations)
• You will have a proven track record of successful complex transformation delivery projects, leading large teams in a multicultural environment.
• People leadership skills with proven experience.
• A strong background across network technologies IP, Voice, Core, Telco Cloud, and OSS.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information at the C-suite/VP level
• Be able to act as a change agent in adoption of new collaboration tools and passionate about continuous improvement in project delivery methods/practices
