Citi’s Chief Information Security Office - IAM Business Solutions & Analytics team is seeking a Data Solution/Security Analyst to support critical objectives across Citi’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) portfolio.

This person will be responsible for collaborating with various internal IAM and external stakeholders to design, develop and operationalize business solutions as well as provide intuitive data analytics aimed to solve pain points in technical processes within complex interconnected infrastructures to strengthen governance and embed oversight into the overall end to end process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide business solutions and analytical reporting to Citi Executive Management, CISO senior management, ISROC, CIOC and the IS Community on a timely basis.
  • Design and operationalize data sets and reporting to support intelligence driven decision-making by senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Perform routine maintenance and review of existing tools and reporting solutions to ensure they are providing the benefit they were intended as well as to identify areas of enhancement and/or operationalization.
  • Identify manual processes that can be optimized through automation.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and implement strategic tools and solutions that reinforce client goals and promote operational efficiencies.
  • Collect and analyze data to provide evidence of potential operational and compliance risk and communicate findings verbally and in written form.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to construct technical process workflows and draft proposals to recommend solutions to potential risk and inconsistencies identified during the exercise.
  • Execute meetings to influence all levels of cross-functional teams, such as other Information Security Programs, Quality Assurance, Operations, Technology, and Sector Representatives, to solve and address complex critical business objectives while adhering to Citi’s Mission of enabling growth and economic progress.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years Information Security and knowledge of key IAM concepts a plus (Identity Lifecycle, Roles, SoD, privilege access etc.).
  • 2+ years of reporting and data analytics experience is a must.
  • Industry Info Security certifications are a plus.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to present materials in a format that facilitates senior management decision making.
  • Proficiency across multiple database platforms (SQL, Sybase, Oracle, etc) as well as experience with reporting platforms such as Cognos, PowerBI, SQL Reporting Server, etc.
  • Experience with programming languages such as VBA, Visual Studio, Python, Java.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills including the ability to manage project scope, complete multiple tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously,  with the ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines and provide status reporting while adhering to high quality standards to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Perform root cause analysis and evaluate best solutions to draft and implement a plan to remediate identified areas of opportunity.
  • Works independently – self-starter with solid research skills used to provide analysis and make decisions to determine project direction.
  • Ability to assimilate a large amount of information and know how to prioritize and take action accordingly.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to follow group process, including ongoing follow-up on action items and communicating group information on project status.
  • Coordinates communication with cross functional teams and stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Knowledge of web-based platforms such as SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence and other web-authoring tools is a plus.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
