Head - Enterprise Marketing

Description -

ead the enterprise marketing agenda for India, driving demand, pipeline, and customer engagement across enterprise segments. This role translates business priorities into high-impact marketing programs, while partnering closely with Sales, Category, GTM, and Market Marketing Planning for plan, budget, and performance governance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Demand & Growth

  • Own enterprise demand generation and pipeline acceleration
  • Drive ABM, vertical-led and large account marketing programs
  • Deliver qualified funnel, conversion, and business impact

2. GTM & Program Execution

  • Translate category and GTM priorities into integrated marketing programs
  • Execute across digital, field, partner and event channels
  • Ensure strong alignment with sales plays and solution priorities

3. Customer & Account-Centric Marketing

  • Build enterprise customer and segment insights
  • Enable sales with account narratives, content, and engagement assets
  • Strengthen HP’s positioning as a trusted enterprise solutions partner

4. Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Manage agencies and ecosystem partners
  • Influence senior stakeholders to align on priorities and execution

5. Planning, Budgeting & Performance (In Partnership)

  • Co-develop plans, budget allocation, and KPIs with Market Marketing Planning organization
  • Ensure programs are execution-ready with clear KPIs and dependencies
  • Drive in-flight optimization and post-campaign learnings

6. Campaign Excellence

  • Lead execution and optimization of end-to-end enterprise campaigns
  • Leverage Martech, data and analytics to improve effectiveness

7. Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise marketing team
  • Build capabilities in ABM, digital, content and analytics
  • Drive a culture of accountability, speed, and customer focus
