Network Account Manager (NAM) for Specialty Care and Oncology

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Network Account Manager is CFC role responsible for demand generation based on an understanding of the needs of the account, and the ability to service and connect account level customers to meet agreed business objectives.
  • Network Account Managers are XF collective advantage roles.
  • Network Account Managers are focused on uncovering unmet needs, enabling Networks, and partnering on promotional activities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify Customers, incl. decision making / influencing network. Consistently review customers categorization.
  • Disseminate information via multi- and omnichannel communication in the customer target group via the customer preferred channel.
  • Ensure customer support by engaging with customers through both in-person and virtual interactions.
  • Respond to customer requests by connecting with cross-functional team to provide responses and input.
  • Arrange meetings to support communication and education related to our disease areas.
  • Bring customers together to progress areas of mutual interest related to our therapy areas (e. g. to establish and optimize cross-sectoral and cross-specialty referral structures).
  • Connect and communicate multiple insights from various stakeholders to develop a plan of action.
  • Respond to market changes in competitive environment on time.
  • Monitor and support the subordinate institutions and annex benefits related to ensuring permanent access to assigned product portfolio.
  • Support solving account challenges related to product availability.
  • Perform the job in accordance with applicable local laws and regulatory requirements of Pfizer`s policies and SOPs.
  • Perform analytical tasks related to the sales.
  • Lead XF strategy implementation for assigned portfolio in local market.
  • To be involved in adaptation of promo materials (provide local market insights and needs, advice on local regulations, review translations).
  • Manage local educational and promotional events (engage with HCPs and speakers, manage all related documents and procedures in GCMA, Ariba etc.).

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) – provided in form of targets on Q/S/Annually basis

  • Financial accountability – meeting target commitments.
  • Targeted MS and EI reach.
  • # of Physical and virtual Engagements (Usage of digital channel according to the plan).
  • % of targeted customers reach.
  • Built community of KOLs/OLs.
  • Territory coverage %.
  • Other targets according to the business needs (new launches, etc.).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree (preferred medical or pharmaceutical profile).
  • At least 5 years of experience in work in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Knowledge of issues related to public procurement law.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.
  • The knowledge of products promoted and disease entities they relate to is an additional advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and efficient use of time.
  • Highly developed negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in Estonian and English languages.

  • Well organized with ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands and effectively perform under tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated strong cross-functional working skills and able to deliver stretching results through others in matrix complex working situations.
