Job Description:

We’re looking for an Information Risk Management (IRM) analyst to join our CRG Controls Integrity Management team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to manage the SOX evidence requests & reporting and support incident management on an adhoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update requests submitted by internal and external auditors via the EY Canvas tool and the CIM “Tracker.”
  • Support coordination of evidence when needed
  • Provide weekly statistics on status of evidence
  • Support incident management process on an adhoc basis
  • Respond to incidents; identify key stakeholders; coordinate activities

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School/Senior High/Vocational Course/1-year completed in a Bachelor's program with relevant work experience of at least 2 years; Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply
  • Experience: At least one to two years of relevant experience
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
  • Shift Schedule (US EST hours): Amenability to work on the assigned schedule (dependent on business need)
  • Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
    • Strong focus and attention to detail in both normal and high-pressured situations.
    • Problem-solving skills with proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgement.
    • Effective administrative and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) including presentation skills with demonstrated ability to present at all organizational levels.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
    • High proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).
    • Hands-on experience as an IT Systems, Security, or Risk Analyst is an asset.
    • Proven ability to build relationships, engage and influence others, work with a diverse internal and international user community.
    • Working knowledge of IRM principles in one or more COE areas is nice to have (Information Security Management, Technology Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management).
