Summary:

Develops and leads classroom activities and developmentally appropriate programs.

Responsibilities:

Supervises children and youth to ensure safety.Monitors progress utilizing assigned resources. Conducts evaluations and analyzes results.Develops teaching schedule and selects or develops curriculum aids as appropriate. Updates curricula with new materials and content as appropriate.Works collaboratively with management and other teacher to assess learning/performance needs and to develop age appropriate learning solutions.Applies knowledge of learning principles to develop age appropriate classroom programs and content.
