Position Summary

Responsible for providing support to the elements of the Compliance Program to the Compliance & Ethics team responsible for the Nordics, CEE-CHAT, Benelux Clusters.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of market Compliance Committee agendas, materials, task coordination and committee administration for the currently 15 countries in the Nordic, CEE-CHAT, Benelux Clusters.
  • Assist in the completion of the annual Compliance Risk Assessments as well as support during periodic Internal Audits for the 15 countries in Nordic, CEE-CHAT, Benelux Clusters.
  • Draft country specific compliance communications, support development of educational materials and assist in the management and enhancement of Integrity Champions and other compliance culture programmatic activities for the 15 countries in the Nordic, CEE-CHAT, Benelux Clusters.
  • Support market monitoring and analytics activities for the 15 countries in the Nordic, CEE-CHAT, Benelux Clusters to ensure appropriate identification and action planning for compliance risk exposures.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of project administration experience.  
  • 1-2 years experience supporting compliance and ethics professionals/programs.
  • Takes initiative and ownership of projects within area of responsibility.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and geographies under deadline pressure
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Language requirements: English - Fluency Required
