Job Description
Role Overview:
The intern will support the deployment of Project Uptime, assisting the project team in planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. This role offers exposure to project management, cross-functional collaboration, and pharmaceutical operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and updating project documentation.
Support coordination between engineering, quality, production, and IT teams for smooth project execution.
Help organize meetings, governance updates, and communications with project stakeholders.
Support the implementation of maintenance processes and system capabilities across the site.
Observe and learn about regulatory compliance, including GMP and pharmaceutical quality standards.
Actively participate in group meeting discussions and project team meetings. Collaborate with colleagues whenever possible to achieve both operational and project goals.
Learning Opportunities:
Gain hands-on experience in project management within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Work alongside a multidisciplinary project and maintenance team.
Develop skills in stakeholder communication, data analysis, and process improvement
Job Requirements:
· Current study in bachelor’s degree in a technical field, including Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
· Demonstrated capability in application of project management skills and structured/analytical problem-solving techniques.
· An excellent team player who is able to readily take on responsibilities and work independently.
· Strong interest in working in an engineering and maintenance environment.
· Excellent communication and facilitation skills
· Have a positive, proactive, can-do attitude.
· Keen to learn.
· good team player
· Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
· Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a high-impact project.
· Prior exposure to project management or ERP systems is a plus but not required
