Your responsibilities:
Architect and implement (configure, programming) new features and changes to existing solutions
Maintain a in detail technical understanding of the IT solutions implemented
Plan and execute technical deployments to test, demo, validation and production environments within our cloud infrastructure
Perform root cause analysis in case of malfunctions or reduction of system performance an initiate problem resolution
Support in testing of the solution implemented prior to deployments
Collaborate with external partners during all phases of the solution development
Collaborate with suppliers of the IT solution as part of solution development activities or problem analysis
Coordinate necessary operation activities to achieve a high performance and availability of the solutions implemented. Collaborate with external partners where required
Contribute in projects to implement the digital strategy for core areas of R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory and technical service following the Digital Twin vision for Fresenius Medical Care
Participate in risk assessments for required activities like Computer System Validation
Support in demonstration of possible solutions to stakeholders
Contribute to planning of releases involving business and technical needs and manage their realization from operational perspective
Apply modern Devops principles and ensure high degree of automation and efficiency of technical deployment of related SLM/PLM/engineering systems
Align development process, release schedule and technical interface management within the System Lifecycle Management (SLM)/ Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) eco system
Our requirements:
3+ years developing Windchill customizations and web services, ThingWorx mashups and Navigate apps development experience is a plus
3+ years in experience in Java programming, Jsp, Javascript
Robust knowledge applying agile development methods, Devops, CI/CD incl. tools like Azure DevOps
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Digital technology, IoT, IT savviness demonstrated in multiple projects
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, you are able to explain complicated matters in a simple, structured way, solve conflicts and motivate teams to follow you
Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact.
Technical knowledge of: Windchill, ThingWorx, Software engineering, Devops, continuous integration / continuous delivery
Fluency in the English and German language in the business environment (at least B2)
Willingness to travel globally 20% of the time
