Summarized Purpose:

The HR Analyst in our Colleague Services team is responsible for the daily HR Admin activities within the central HR department. This role is primarily dedicated to supporting the French HR scope and providing operational HR administrative support for France. Our colleagues ensure service quality and operational performance by working with documented processes and appropriate metrics and dashboards. They submit questions and issues to the HR Operations Manager related to services managed by the team such as benefits, variable payroll elements, human resources practices and procedures.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide front-line HR administrative support to answer a range of employee lifecycle questions, including employee onboarding, time management, benefits, training and support for colleagues leaving the organization.

  • Day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that ticketing objectives are met to ensure that we support our colleagues in the moments that matter to them.

  • Ensuring compliance with various applicable agreements and providing HR support in accordance with local employment legislation.

  • Maintenance of information, resources, manuals, and processes for the current scope.

  • Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities.

  • Support the local group of Human Resources managers with ad hoc requests.

  • Registration and administration of various benefits, e.g., lunch voucher, profit sharing, etc.

  • Working within defined processes allows all payments to be managed in a timely manner (employee, third party and statutory).

  • Verification, validation and approval of supplier invoices when the process requires it.

  • Production of required human resources management information including all reports in accordance with country legislation (audits, HR indicators etc.).

  • Actively contribute to service improvement by leading projects to improve our processes and the experience of our colleagues.

  • Work on multiple HR platforms, including Workday, Service Now, Kelio, etc.

  • Responsible for the accurate filing and storage of employee data in accordance with the respective data protection requirements.

  • Promote the culture of HR self-service (Colleague services center).

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the following preferred Fields of Study: HR, Business Administration or other business related field

  • Professional experience in a central HR department

  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in the administration of benefits, payroll, general human resources, or customer services

  • Mandatory fluency in French

*In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
