Job Responsibilities:

• Review daily status of Accounts Receivable accounts to ensure the invoices are paid in accordance with stated payment terms

• Response for daily and monthly account reconciliation and documentation

• Response for issuing invoices and payment tracking

• Communication with internal operations to resolve any issues or disputes

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year's work experience, preferably in luxury hotel

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
