Our Global Enduser Service Team is dedicated to improve user experience and implement local and global IT projects related to IT infrastructure.
These projects include the construction of new state-of-the-art facilities and substantial renovations of existing ones. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we ensure that our facilities are equipped with top-tier IT infrastructure that drives efficiency, productivity, and revenue.
Purpose of the role
The IT Business Technology Partner plays a key role in supporting, planning, and executing IT infrastructure strategies. This position ensures full compliance with all relevant global and local regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to global IT policies and standards. By maintaining strong communication with both local and global stakeholders, the IT Business Technology Partner effectively translates business needs into a suitably scaled and fit‑for‑purpose IT infrastructure.
The IT infrastructure scope includes laptops/desktops, networks, security, servers, and telephony across all business divisions within the market and on site. Close collaboration with IT colleagues and business teams is essential to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions that meet operational and strategic needs.
The role carries end‑to‑end responsibility for IT infrastructure—from demand management and planning through to implementation and ongoing service management of infrastructure initiatives.
