Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards and expectations. You will also engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes to enhance project outcomes and team performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. - Support team members in their professional development and project-related tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Operations Control. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in using project management software and tools for tracking and reporting. - Ability to analyze project data and provide insights for continuous improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
