About the team/ Offering (Optional)

Our SAP consulting team helps clients transform and optimize their supply chain operations through SAP S/4HANA solutions. The team delivers end-to-end expertise across core logistics domains including Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Extended Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management. By combining process knowledge, technical depth, and industry best practices, the team supports clients through design, implementation, integration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

About the Role

Essential Job Functions:

As a SAP Logistics Senior Consultant, you will assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA supply chain solutions across modules such as MM, SD, EWM, TM, and PP. You will help translate business requirements into technical blueprints, support full project lifecycles, and provide advisory services that enable scalable digital transformation for clients. This role is ideal for a consultant with strong functional expertise, implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

• Actively lead in designing, customizing, and testing (SIT & UAT) SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, EWM, and TM within S/4HANA to meet client requirements.
• Help oversee end-to-end implementation projects, including business blueprinting, process design, data migration, and post-production support.
• Support cutover and hypercare activities for SAP modules beyond the primary module being implemented, as required.
• Analyze existing logistics and supply chain processes to identify efficiency improvements, automation opportunities, and industry best practices.
• Meet with senior stakeholders to advise on S/4HANA feasibility and recommend high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration across SAP modules such as SD-FI and MM-CO, as well as external systems, while documenting technical and functional specifications.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster skill development within the project team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of SAP consulting experience, including multiple full-lifecycle implementations, specifically in S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of one or more logistics modules, including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or Production Planning (PP).
• Proven ability to oversee project schedules, deliverables, and team members in complex SAP implementation programs.
• Solid understanding of ABAP and SAP integration technologies.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for leading workshops, building client relationships, and presenting technical architectures.

Other Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA logistics transformations is preferred.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants and supporting cross-module collaboration is a plus.
