Job Description:

The opportunity:

Support Engineering team to make work instruction / VSM / F-FMEA Measure & analysis routing time to balance line activity.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will be making & updating work instructions and training operators, making sure all change of process is up to date to work instruction.

  • You will support measure routing time to balance line and work on process improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness of manufacturing process and methods.

  • You will coordinate any rework activities as needed and support product care to do P-FMEA.

  • You will attend production meeting to support production line in ensuring production output as per production plan, conduct another task as assigned by immediate Manager.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • You hold a university Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

  • Comprehensive knowledge on manufacturing process.

  • Good computer skills (Microsoft, Word, Excel, Power Point), able to work independently and structurally & strong analytical thinking.

  • Capable of managing time effectively & good command of English.
