Your Mission:

You get energised from working punctually, and delivering operational support in order for the HR Department to flourish. 

You will lead the day-to-day operational tasks of the HR Department with a strong data driven mindset, while striving for efficient, effective and optimised processes. You have the desire to continuously improve the HR operations. 

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and support on operational activities (ex. payroll, time attendance, reporting);

• Lead the administrative employee journey, from arrival to departure;

• Work with punctuality and be data-driven, in order to contribute to the overall HR performance on site;

• Support with and execute employee / labour relations enquiries (ex. contracts, amendments) and ensure that legislation is applied and updated correctly;

• Contribute to the deployment of the HR strategy;

• Assist in facility related tasks, such as: reception occupation, office supplies control, etc; 

• Be a positive and supporting team member and liaison for your team.

Your Profile:

• HBO / Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;

• Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources, ideally in an international environment;

• You thrive on being operationally active and would not like to change this mindset in future steps; 

• You are resilient and able to handle the ins and outs of an international organisation; 

• Fluent in Dutch and English (oral & written);

• Experience in working in a multicultural environment;

• Good analytical skills in combination with a hands-on mentality.
