Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

SPECIALIST FINANCE with French and / or Dutch language skills

Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Recovery of receivables using all necessary means (reminders, phone calls, SMS, email, bailiff);
• Processing payment reminders;
• Handling internal and external requests;
• Preparation and management of payment plans;
• Management of proper functioning of direct debits and contact with banks;
• Analysis of new customer and credit lines requests / adjustment of credit lines for existing customers after checks;
• Allocation of guarantees;
• Verification and processing of aged balances;
• Blocking/unblocking of fuel cards;
• Reporting, monitoring of overdue items and losses;
• Processing bankruptcy cases;
• Organization of meetings with the business.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (might be last year student); 
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures; 
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements; 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; 
• Fluent in English (both – oral and written); 
• Fluent in French and / or Dutch (both – oral and written);
• Experience with ERP (SAP, JDE experience will be considered as an advantage); 
• Precise, analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant personality; 
• Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
