We're looking for a talented SaaS DevOps Engineer to join our team!  In this role youll be part of the SaaS DevOps team which is dedicated to building and maintaining the toolchain that operates and monitors MX.3 environments. They are responsible for both the build activity, where they design and develop cutting-edge solutions, and the implementation and support activity, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional performance for our clients. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch technical solutions and support.

Your Role:

• Work on the technical implementation of the MX.3 platform in SaaS mode, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Tackle Non-Functional Requirements (NFR), Non-Functional Testing (NFT), and all performance-related aspects of MX.3.
• Collaborate with integration streams to orchestrate connectivity interfaces with other business processes.
• Design and implement End-of-Day (EOD) and intra-day jobs for clients, working closely with all streams in the CET.
• Develop and enhance tools for the operations and management of MX.3 in SaaS, including monitoring, automation, and scheduling.
• Utilize continuous integration models with Jenkins, Ansible, and GIT to streamline processes.
• Serve as the technical contact for SaaS clients, providing expert support and handling escalations on technical incidents.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities by addressing technical requests for proposals and providing infrastructure sizing for new implementations.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate new technologies and features into the SaaS offering.
• Act as an epic member or expert within the SaaS run SBIs, standardizing BAU operations through monitoring, automation, infrastructure optimizations, and deployment management.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering or computer science from a reputable university.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in a related technical field, such as DevOps, SaaS DevOps, or Systems Integration.
• Proficiency in Shell/Python scripting and Unix systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform.
• Knowledge of Java, Groovy, and Database systems is a plus.
• Exposure to As-A-Service modules (IaaS, BPaaS, and SaaS) is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical architecture in non-technical terms to a diverse audience.
• Eagerness to work with new technologies and embrace best practices (agile, DevOps, automation tools).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
