Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Responsibilities:
- Perform the onboarding mortgage customers to the bank to meet the target set.
- Deliver sales excellence in identifying and meeting the needs of the target customers.
- Conduct high sales quality standard by adhering to internal/external sales quality standard.
- Manage or participate in bank campaigns and some initiatives activities to support the mortgage growth in the market.
- On board new partnership with Developer and maintain relationship with existing business partnerships.
- Conduct a regular market survey on mortgage products and services.
- Assist Line Manager in Developing and updating the existing mortgage products respond to the customer need.
- Write, review and recommend the mortgage credit application to Senior Manager / Line Manager and committee for the approval.
- Ensure all progress of mortgage are complied with SOPs, Policy and regulators.
- Ensure all applications/credit papers submitted for approval are completed to a high standard in all respects.
- Work closely with all related parties to align bank strategy and ensure the compliance within internal and external regulatory framework.
- Lead by example, the highest standards in terms of teamwork, customer and staff care, and management competence and ethics.
- Handle customers’ complaints (if any) properly and promptly, and within regulated internal responding time.
- Perform a cross sell banking products to customers and refer customers to the respective team for customers request or need.
- Monitor the customer repayment and make sure they have prompt repayment.
- Manage and prevent pre-IL and IL.
- Work closely with collection for loan recover and come up with strategy to prevent IL.
- Perform a Call and follow up on fire insurance.
- Prepare the mortgage customer files, and keep in the assigned central place.
- Work with other tasks assigned by Line Manager or Head of PFS to achieve the whole target set.
Requirement:
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance and related experiences.
Experience/Requirements
- Minimum 3-years experience in mortgage.
- Be able to write credit application and conduct loan assessment with customer.
- Good knowledge in bank product, especially mortgage.
- Good Communication with all Developer owners, and their sales staff.
- Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good Leadership and motivation skills.
- Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill.
- Conscious of details and accuracy.
- English is proficiency.
