The Claims Consultant will provide essential claims management support to the Senior Claims Consultant and Team Leader, managing a small portfolio of Workers Compensation claims while collaborating with members, clients, and the broader claims team.

We will count on you to:

• Deliver timely work output on the claims management system.

• Work effectively with your team, internal and external stakeholders.

• Deal efficiently with Council enquiries.

• Provide high-quality claims management services.

• Ensure compliance with Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 (WA), Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Regulations 2024 (WA) and the Principle and Standards as set out by the Regulator.

What you need to have:

• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end insurance claims

• An understanding of the fundamentals of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act

• Strong communication and personable skills.

• Computer literacy, including intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook & Word.

• Self-motivation and essential organisational skills.
