Inside HVAC Sales Engineer | Carrier BELUX| Grand-Bigard

The Ciat Belux sales office is located in a modern and comfortable office building in Groot-Bijgaarden. From this location, around 45 employees work every day to offer customers a tailor-made service.

In this role, you will play a supporting role in the HVAC sales activities and be the central person who ensures the smooth running of the back office for all sales-related matters.

You will work closely with your direct colleagues in a team of 10 people and report to the Carrier Belux Sales Manager.

Your new position

• You are jointly responsible for the sales of the all HVAC equipment and you provide technical and commercial support to the external sales staff

• You play a key role between external representatives and customers

• You are the main point of contact for end customers, consultants, field staff and other internal departments

• You ensure the correct processing of quotations, the selection of equipment, price calculations and the preparation of quotations. You also process incoming orders and follow them up

• You manage the files of existing and potential customers

1.                  In addition to this inside function, your task will be to support the installer customers on the designs of hydraulic installations in order to ensure the proper functioning of the installations. Site visits will be an integral part of this function

Your knowledge and experience:

• You have at least a vocational/technical secondary education degree in the commercial/economic direction with technical affinities or a tangible and successful experience of at least 2-3 years in an inside sales position related to the HVAC industry

• Knowledge of customer data file management, knowledge of MS-Office, good command of digital tools

• Perfect command of the French language. English is a plus
