The Claims Manager is responsible for overseeing the investigation and resolution of customer claims related to our products and services, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product safety and quality across multiple brands. This role plays a key part in ensuring that product requirements and regulatory standards are fully met, leveraging customer claims as valuable insights to identify root causes, reduce risks, and lower costs. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to address product issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and foster ongoing improvements that support customer satisfaction. Effective communication with customers regarding claim status, resolutions, and preventive measures is a vital aspect of this role.
