  • Flexible schedule with paid time off that accrues from day one
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Health & Wellness reimbursement of up to $75 per month
  • Employee discounts
  • A collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong leadership support

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct timely and professional warm call outreach to active prospects
  • Re-engage and follow up with orphan leads to uncover opportunities
  • Complete 5-day follow-up contact with consistency and professionalism
  • Support targeted outreach through custom broker campaigns
  • Manage and update leads in VinSolutions Sales Funnel
  • Ensure initial contact timing is met to maintain strong response standards and “stop the clock” quickly
  • Record all customer activity accurately in VinSolutions
  • Schedule and log appointments to help increase appointment show rates
  • Monitor and respond to inbound customer communication to maintain zero unanswered communications
  • Follow up on all active buying signals and customer inquiries

  • Contribute to a high-energy, customer-first environment focused on responsiveness and results

Who You Are:

  • You are highly organized, responsive, and customer-focused
  • You are comfortable making outbound calls and following up with confidence
  • You communicate clearly and professionally—both over the phone and in writing
  • You know how to create urgency without being pushy
  • You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of accurate CRM documentation
  • You are self-motivated and can manage multiple leads and priorities at once
  • You enjoy being part of a team and helping drive results behind the scenes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Automotive, retail, or lead management experience is a plus
  • Experience using a CRM such as VinSolutions is preferred
  • Strong phone presence and follow-up discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • High attention to detail and the ability to stay organized
