Role:
Supervises, schedules, coordinates, and controls complex production schedules; reviews and manages the production process efficiency and quality.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyzing and troubleshooting planned production scheduling problems; recommending process improvements to optimize the scheduling process.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues and incorporate customer and business requirements.
  • Owning and driving production schedules; reviewing workflow of production workers, inventory levels, capacity constraints, machine breakdowns, product quality, etc. to ensure operational excellence.

Education requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, international relationships or related a Supply Chain.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.

What skills the ideal candidate will have:

Problem Solving:

  • Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational and process challenges using structured methodologies.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Cross-Team Integration:

  • Promote collaboration across departments to break silos and drive unified business outcomes.

Forecasting:

  • Proficient in analyzing demand data and trends to support accurate short- and mid-term forecasts.

Production Scheduling:

  • Background in customer or supplier-facing roles within the supply chain, minimum of 2 years
  • Proficient in Demand Visualization (EDI) and SAP IM-WM modules at an intermediate level
  • Proficient in planning and controlling production runs to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Effective Communication:

  • Communicate clearly and assertively across all levels, adapting messages to diverse audiences for alignment and impact.
