Corporate Partnerships Intern

Pay Details:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.

The Corporate Partnerships Intern will support the Corporate Partnerships team in the management and activation of partner accounts. This internship provides hands‑on experience working with Corporate Partners and internal departments to help fulfill partnership agreements tied to OCVIBE, Honda Center, ARTIC, and The Grove of Anaheim.

This is a learning‑focused role designed for a current college student interested in sports business, entertainment, marketing, partnership management, or related fields. The intern will gain exposure to client service, event activation, project management, and sponsor fulfillment.​​

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing and tracking assets for Corporate Partnership accounts

  • Help maintain internal documents and partner activation trackers

  • Observe, learn, and participate in relationship-building efforts with Corporate Partners

  • Support the fulfillment of sponsorship elements by coordinating with internal departments

  • Support the sales team by providing updates and gathering feedback on partnership initiatives

  • Attend internal team meetings and assist with communicating partner initiatives

  • Help coordinate one-off account needs such as ticket requests, gifting, hospitality, and event-day activations

  • Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of venues, including signage, activations, and tabling events

  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Current college student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field

  • Previous internship or campus involvement in marketing, events, or client-facing activities

  • Strong interest in partnerships, marketing, sports, or entertainment

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Professional, proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

  • Comfortable interacting with both internal teams and external partners

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
