Are you curious about being part of our growth story while evolving your skills in a culture that will welcome your unique contributions? If so, let's start the conversation.
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Center of Expertise (CoE) Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the recruitment coordination process and ensuring absolute data integrity.
As part of the Talent Acquisition CoE, you will act as a foundational pillar for the team, bridging the gap between candidate experience, recruitment operations, and data compliance to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
In this role, you will:
Manage Core Recruitment Operations & Data Integrity: Enter, maintain, and audit employee data across the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Management System (HRMS) to ensure complete data compliance, accurate candidate dispositioning, and updated payroll or Special Economic Zone (SEZ) trackers.
Coordinate the Offer & Pre-Employment Lifecycle: Assist recruiters by generating formal offer letters, preparing comprehensive offer packets, and managing vital pre-employment workflows—including background verification (BGV) coordination and onboarding documentation for standard hires and interns.
Partner Across Business Functions: Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leadership, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), and HR Operations teams, utilizing Workday metrics to educate stakeholders and optimize cross-functional hiring outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have:
0-1 year experience in recruitment operations, documentation, offer processing, and talent acquisition across agency, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or corporate environments.
Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or Google products.
Proven ability to securely handle confidential/sensitive compliance data, manage external vendor relationships, and build trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
