Our dynamic Events & Experiences team is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Event & Experience Specialist to bring our community and brand engagements to the next level. As an Event & Experience Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing, Brazil and play a key role in designing and executing exceptional events, from our annual flagship online summit, which draws over 10,000 participants, to educational webinars and industry event sponsorships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

  • Support the end-to-end management of events, from conceptual planning through to the post-event breakdown, ensuring each element runs smoothly across both online and offline formats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure and prepare speakers, align on event content, and manage all logistical details efficiently for our major annual online summit, regular educational webinars, and strategic presence at industry events.
  • Work closely with all company teams to ensure seamless event execution, troubleshooting issues as they arise and maintaining strong communication channels.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all event-related activities, adapting to the needs of both online and offline environments.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥

  • Minimum 6 years in event planning, management, or a related field, preferably with some exposure to tech or startup environments
  • Experience in supporting teams on large-scale online events end to end.
  • You have a creative mindset and the ability to see the big picture while managing the tiny details that make an event special
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without missing a beat
  • Strong communication skills to articulate vision, negotiate with vendors, and work effectively with teams across the company
  • Quick on your feet and comfortable with making decisions under pressure to ensure smooth event operations
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required for this position. (To be considered for this position you must submit your resume in English)
