Business Value

· Efficiency: Removes transportation tracking and coordination tasks from supervisors and admins
· Accountability: Establishes a single owner for all DC transportation flow
· Visibility: Improves real-time awareness of yard and dock conditions
· Scalability: Supports current and future volume without increasing leadership headcount
Growth & Development Opportunity
This role is intentionally structured as a lateral hourly opportunity for a strong associate with interest in transportation, coordination, and compliance. It provides exposure to:
· Yard and transportation systems (YMS/TMS)
· Cross-functional leadership collaboration
· Compliance and risk management
· Data tracking and operational reporting
The role creates a development path toward:
· Transportation leadership

· Decreased transportation-related admin workload for supervisors
