Job specific requirements:
Minimum of 7 - 10 years of overall experience in FMCG/CPG; Sales experience required (Category Planning, Trade Marketing, Account Management, RGM).
Demonstrated work experience in a matrix organization
University Degree preferred, MBA an asset
Knowledge of AC Nielsen, SAP required and Sales Data Bases an advantage
Strong Analytical skills and customer-centric mindset: able to build selling stories with eye to category growth and customer situation
Customer / channel reviews: Proactively monitor KPIs to ensure revenue delivery, opportunity creation to offset business risk,, delivery of display growth and innovation performance
