By working with our Warsaw office, you will help shape scalable, data-driven products used across our markets, working with a modern tech stack and international teams to continuously improve how people discover, order, and enjoy HelloFresh’s products, today and in the future.
There is a requirement for a Senior Product Analyst with deep expertise in web and app analytics to support data-informed product and growth decisions across the organization. This engagement involves working with the analytics and reporting function, providing services globally across Berlin and New York City time zones.
The scope involves solving challenging business problems using digital product usage and customer data to create high-quality digital product experiences. Deliverables will drive user experience design, product development, and customer journey optimization. The provider will be responsible for professional-grade dashboarding and reporting for critical product and growth initiatives at the executive level.
Partner with the Senior Product organization (Product, Software Engineering, UX leads) to support strategic priorities and evidence-based decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives while utilizing project management skills to plan and execute data-driven tasks.
Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure product feature impact and optimize user experiences.
Develop automated reporting and dashboards that facilitate data access and enable self-service analytics across the organization.
Build sophisticated analytics solutions to define KPI trees, design measurement frameworks, and track product performance across app and web platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.
Leverage AI and automation tools to increase efficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation workflows.
Communicate complex data and statistical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
