Reporting to the Head of Digital Engineering Operations, The Digital Engineering Operations Risk and Controls Manager plays a crucial role in managing and mitigating risks associated with digital transformation and technology implementations.

Specifically, the Digital Engineering Operations Risk and Controls Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and evaluate risks related to digital engineering projects
  • Work with Devops teams and QE engineers to implement controls to mitigate identified risks
  • Ensure that controls are properly designed and operating effectively
  • Track, Manage and resolve issues and findings related to risk and controls in a timely manner
  • Support a proactive risk and control culture within the organization
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Continuously monitor the control environment and report on the effectiveness of controls
  • Analyze program-related data to identify emerging risks and trends
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into all aspects of digital engineering
  • Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on risk and control processes
  • Works closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate technical risks
  • Provides regular updates on risk status and control effectiveness to stakeholders
  • Ensures that risk management is a key component of project planning and execution
  • Provides insights and recommendations to executive leadership to align risk management strategies with business objectives
  • Supports leadership in making informed decisions regarding risk appetite and mitigation strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
