Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing effective solutions tailored to those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the overall system. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, addressing any issues that arise, and continuously improving the software to meet evolving client expectations. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily workflow to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software components with client requirements.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication regarding project progress.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau, Apache Airflow, PySpark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Airflow, PySpark.
- Strong ability to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Experience in data integration and transformation to support visualization needs.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration and data processing frameworks.
- Capability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of data visualization solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Tableau.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
