You are a dynamic Engineering Support Services Coordinator with a background in Engineering. In this role, under the guidance of senior leadership, you will provide technical and / or management support for construction projects, including safety and quality control, and assists operations staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Performs quantity takeoffs under supervision.

• Generate and review Bill of Materials

• Assist with development of the Build Cost Estimate

• Process in-field escalations from Build Team with a Change Request Participates in estimating activities such as preparing budgets, cost studies, and competitive bids

• Compile and process As-Builts post build to assists with development of the Build Cost Actual with a Change Request

• Performs general administrative functions

Qualifications:

• 1+ years related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience

• Strong computer background including experience with MS Office and any related estimating software

• Familiarity with construction documents and the ability to assist with construction document review

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
