Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Global Supply Chain Program Manager 3 to serve as the primary focal point for all material and services strategy, planning, and execution across one or more international programs. Reporting to the Site Global Supply Chain Manager for the Advanced Weapons Business Unit (AW BU), the Global Supply Chain Program Manager 3 will be the central liaison for the Program Management Office (PMO) and will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure every supply‑chain commitment is met while proactively mitigating supplier‑related risks.

The Global Supply Chain Program Manager 3 leads end‑to‑end logistics and acquisition programs that support defense‑critical platforms and services worldwide. Working cross‑functionally with engineering, contracting, operations, and allied partners, the selected individual will ensure that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans are complete with accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategies.

Primary Level Salary Range: $175,400.00 - $263,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
