Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP Manager to lead a team of design engineers in the development of critical IPs for our complex System-on-Package (SoP) used for AI.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful IP projects.

Office location: Tel Aviv / Caesarea.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • IP Development: Oversee the development of IPs, including u-architecture definition, design implementation, and integration into the SoC.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of design engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and support to the design team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the SoC architect, verification teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Track and manage IP-related bugs, working with design and verification teams to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in VLSI chip design and verification, with a focus on IP development.
  • Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering successful IP projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in digital design and IP integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, Master's degree – an advantage
  • Experience with AI-specific IP development and verification challenges - an advantage
  • Experience with verification, system-level design, and integration - an advantage
