This role supports IT activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and business transformations, helping evaluate and integrate technology environments during corporate transactions. Analyzes IT infrastructure, applications, data, security, and vendor relationships to identify risks and opportunities during acquisitions or separations. They work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Legal, Finance, and HR to ensure smooth system integrations, migrations, and operational alignment while managing risks and timelines associated with IT M&A initiatives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Participate in IT due diligence to assess infrastructure, applications, data, security, and costs of potential acquisition targets
  • Identify technology risks, integration challenges, and opportunities during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
  • Document and analyze IT environments, including systems, application portfolios, licenses, and vendor contracts
  • Support IT integration or separation planning, including timelines, budgets, migrations, and system consolidations
  • Track progress of IT M&A initiatives and collaborate with IT, Legal, HR, Finance, and business stakeholders

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with IT infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems environments.
  • Understanding of IT due diligence, system integrations, or technology transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of IT risk assessment, data security, and regulatory considerations.
  • Ability to analyze application portfolios, vendor contracts, and licensing structures.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English
