Job Description:

Leads the Campaign and Digital Marketing Team in developing, optimizing and tracking traditional and digital campaigns designed to advance business objectives of Allina Health.

Responsible for managing Allina’s media buying agency and the in-house development of leading-edge digital marketing and email campaigns, including budget management. Leads approach to campaign measurement, providing regular reporting on performance.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Manages Media Buying – This position will manage Allina Health’s media buying agency with a focus on:
    • Optimizes multi-million dollar budget against strategic priorities.
    • Tracks and reports on key metrics.
    • Developes leading edge approaches to activate the Allina Health brand through media.
  • Manages Campaigns – This position is responsible for the holistic development, management, optimization and measurement of traditional and digital campaigns.
    • Serves as a strategic advisor for Allina Health’s brand media by partnering with agency to buy and deploy.
    • Leads the development of service line marketing campaigns, with a focus on precision digital channels and email.
    • Manages large budgets and develops strategy for optimizing budget against strategic priorities.
  • Manages Campaign Measurement and Reporting – This position will be responsible for measuring and analyzing campaign performance against budget and strategic objectives.
    • Provides regular reporting to key stakeholders.
    • Provides analysis and context, including benchmarks.
    • Partners with Marketing Strategy and Brand leaders to understand and act on insights.
  • Manages Digital Marketing
    • Partners with marketing strategy team to develop digital marketing programs that drive business goals.
    • Manages direct to consumer digital marketing platforms.
    • Leads the creation of website landing pages and digital experience that drive consideration and demand.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience with media-buying agencies and common digital marketing channels and platforms
  • 5+ years marketing strategy experience with experience in marketing leadership

Pay Range

Pay Range: $49.10 to $67.93 per hour

The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education. Additional incentives may be available, including discretionary monetary bonuses, goal-based bonuses, and other financial incentives.
