Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve working with Spring Boot, Web Services Standards, and Microsoft Azure DevOps to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java Enterprise Edition applications using Spring Boot and Web Services Standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines throughout the software development lifecycle. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Boot, and Web Services Standards. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Solid understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies. - Experience with software design patterns and principles, including SOLID and DRY. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
