This role, reporting to the Regional Head of Partnerships, focuses on managing existing partner portfolios, executing partnership strategies, and driving engagement activities. Responsibilities include account planning, lead generation, joint marketing initiatives, partner enablement, and more. You'll collaborate with various departments to meet company objectives. Key Responsibilities:

 

ACQUISITION AND ONBOARDING

  • Lead acquisition of new partners in alignment with HQ and regional sales management.
  • Sign new partnerships and actively manage existing partnerships to grow, monetize and expand them according to defined revenue/gross profit goals.
  • Ensure partner compliance and adoption of company programs.
  • Develop relationships and facilitate partner onboarding.
  • Ensure Infobip solutions, the sales approach, and go-to-market activities within the region provide value to partners in their portfolio.
  • Monitor partner portal.

 

ENABLEMENT AND GROWTH

  • Organize partnership events and drive initiatives to improve relationships.
  • Develop local relationships with partners and facilitate internal connections.
  • Monitor partners' sales cycles and assist in customer acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to drive partner growth.
  • Forecast business growth and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Meet quarterly targets through existing and target partnerships.
  • Lead joint planning processes and ensure partner benefits are maximized.
  • Execute partner certification program as per standards.

 

COLLABORATION AND DATA HYGIENE

  • Define regional partnerships with the Global Strategic Partnerships team.
  • Facilitate activities between partners, sales, and executives.
  • Ensure seamless connection with post-sales teams.
  • Provide inputs on partner scoring changes and document use cases.
  • Manage partner conflicts and align cross-functional teams.
  • Accurately insert partnership data into CRM system.
  • Ensure partner users are certified and access is revoked when needed.
  • Enable customer acquisition through partnership management.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a partnership development and/or sales role, preferably in a CPaaS or SaaS environment.
  • Results-orientated with a proven track record of success in developing partnerships and/or selling to senior contacts and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into partnership strategies.
  • Full professional fluency in French and English.
